Community Guidelines

At Clover Biopharmaceuticals, we use multiple social media platforms to inform and interact with our audiences as part of our commitment to transparency and engagement. We encourage you to follow us for up-to-date information and to respectfully participate in the discussion about our work and mission. With this in mind, we have developed guidelines for using our social media platforms:

1. Seek medical advice from your healthcare providers

We cannot and do not provide medical advice or promote our candidates or products, or those of any other company, on our social properties.

2. Be respectful and avoid mentioning personal information and products

We hold the right to delete content that is not acceptable and to block users who repeatedly post such content. Unacceptable content includes:

  • a. Language or images that are profane, defamatory, libelous, offensive or demeaning
  • b. Information that is misleading, fraudulent or deceptive
  • c. Disparaging or threatening comments about others
  • d. Proprietary, confidential, sensitive or non-public information about or related to Clover Biopharmaceuticals, a specific person, or specific company
  • e. Personal information
  • f. Information about specific products or treatment options, including unsubstantiated claims or discussion of “off-label” or unapproved uses
  • g. Any content that is not consistent with our values, policies or laws or regulations we abide by

3. Contact us on our corporate website for inquiries and feedback

If you have feedback for us, or would like to solicit business or request a donations, please use the Contact Us page on our corporate website and not social media.

4. Protect minors

You must be 13 years of age or older to participate on our social media platforms. If you are 13 or older but considered a minor by local authorities, you may post only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. If you are an adult who wishes to post a likeness of a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian of that minor.

5. Be aware that your social media posts are public

When posting on any of our social media platforms, the information you share is public as are your name, likeness and social media handle. By posting, you allow us to use any ideas you shared in any way and in any medium.

Please note that we are not responsible for the comments, opinions or products of other users who engage on any Clover social media platform or who follow us. Also, our decision to follow other users on social media does not indicate our endorsement of their comments, opinions or products. In addition, we have the discretion to unfollow a user, remove any of our social media properties and their contents, and update these guidelines. While we have tried to make these guidelines comprehensive, we also reserve the right to take additional actions not covered in them should we deem it appropriate.
